Joe Constantine takes a unique approach to athletic training: his background in Engineering leads him to look at the human body from a structural perspective, paying particular attention to how the ‘hip bone’s connected to the knee bone.’ This background, coupled with his passion for all things sports-related, and his experience learning from Dr. Michael Yessis enable him to work with all kinds of athletes, creating sport-specific and even position-specific workouts that are tailored to the individual athlete’s needs and weaknesses.
Joe also provides in-depth video analysis, focusing on an athlete’s running, hitting and/or throwing skills.
